This week we got the official logos for the 2018 NHL Winter Classic between the Sabres and Rangers. Lucas Daitchman has applied them to some jerseys to give us a look at what he hopes to see on Citi Field ice next season.

Identity Swap: American Sabres

Lucas Daitchman has another major-minor Identity Swap for us on this Freak Out Friday. He's merging the Buffalo Sabres with their AHL affiliate, the Rochester Americans. What's funny is that it really kind of works!

Going Global

Next season, the Senators and Avalanche will meet in Sweden for the first NHL Global Series. I don't expect to see any special uniforms — especially during Adidas' first year — but Lucas Daitchman gave it a go anyway. There are two games so each team will be designated the home team once — hence the extra jerseys.
